Green Development Bank (GRDBL)has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 26 decided to distribute 8.0396 percent stock and 0.42314 percent cash dividend including tax.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.
