As per the notice published on the website, the open range for the first transaction is set with range from Rs 116 to Rs 348.
NEPSE had listed 26.40 lakhs units shares of DHPL.
The hydropower comapny had issued 2.64 lakhs units shares as a part of Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the locals of project affected area of Sankhuwasabha district in the month of Chaitra 2072. Following that the company had floated 3.96 lakhs units shares to general public via IPO from 13th Aashad, 2073 to 16th Aashad, 2073. Paid up capital of the hydropower stands at Rs 26.40 crores.
Company is developing a hydropower project with a capacity of 4MW at Dhupu VDC in Sankhuwasabha.
