Mailung Khola Jal Vidhyut Company will be issuing 3,68,143 unit shares worth Rs 3.68 crores to locals of Rasuwa district whereas Rairang Hydropower will be issuing 5,60,000 unit shares worth Rs 5.60 crores to locals of Taplejung district via IPO for local people.
Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for Mailung Khola’s IPO. Likewise, Ace Capital Limited will manage the IPO for Rairang Hydropower.
