The board of directors meeting of Ridi Hydro has proposed of distributing six percent stock dividend to its shareholders. On the absence of regulatory body for the hydropower sector, the company will distribute the bonus share after its endorsement from the upcoming AGM.
The BOD also proposed of distributing 0.3157 cash dividend for tax purpose. The company has also set the date for the AGM. The company has called out the AGM on October 27, however, it has not set the book close date for the purpose of AGM.
NIC Asia Bank (NICA) has published its third quarter report of the current FY. As per the report, the bank’s net profit has declined during the period.
