The finance company has called out its 14th annual general meeting on October 17 in Regency Banquet, Sano Gaucharan, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM where it will endorse the dividend proposal.
ICFC is closing its book from October 11-17 for the purpose of AGM thus; the shareholders registered in the book by today, October 10 will be eligible for the announced dividends and for the participation in the AGM.
ICFC Finance earned a net profit of Rs 195.2 million in the last FY and has maintained its EPS at Rs 24.36.
The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs 801.7 million which will reach Rs 881.9 million after the bonus distribution.
