Chilime Hydropower Company has called out its 21st annual general meeting on November 10. Chilime is closing its book from October 13 to November 10, thus, shareholders registered in the book by October 12 are eligible to participate in the AGM and entitled to the announced dividend.
Chilime Hydropower has paid-up capital of Rs 3.44 billion at present. The paid-up capital will total Rs 3.96 billion after the bonus share distribution.
40 percent Right issue of Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance
Similarly, Guheshwori Merchant Banking is set to issue 40 percent i.e. 10:4 right shares from October 29.
The company is closing its book on October 13 which means that the shareholders registered in the book by October 12 can apply for the rights.
Guheshwori Merchant has appointed NIBL Capital Markets as its issue manager.
At present, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 493.4 million which will reach Rs 690.8 million after the right share issuance.
The company earned a net profit of Rs 129.2 million in the last FY and has maintained EPS of Rs 26.20.
