Mailung Khola Hydropower Company (MAILUNG) is set to issue initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. The company sought approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for issuing 736,286 units of IPO. The company that already issued 10 percent IPO for locals of the affected area is issuing 20 percent IPO to the general public.
The company will issue Rs 73.62 million worth of IPO to the general public. Earlier, Mailung Khola issued 368,143 units of shares to locals of affected areas.
Siddhartha Capital is the issue manager of the company.
