Chhimek Microfinance's AGM on November 10

Chhimek Microfinance (CBBL) has called out its AGM on November 10. In the AGM, the company will endorse a proposal of distribution 19.89 percent bonus share and 25.11 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Presently, Chhimek Microfinance has paid-up capital of Rs 834 million. After distribution of the stock dividend, the capital will reach above Rs one billion.

The company is closing its book from October 23-November 10 for the AGM. The shareholders registered in the book by October 22 will be eligible for the participation in AGM and also entitled to the dividend announced.
