The 163rd board of directors' meeting of the company proposed of distributing the cash dividend inclusive of tax to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approve from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
Presently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 10 billion and a reserve fund of Rs 989.9 million. As per the financial statement of the last FY, it has EPS of Rs 4.91 and net worth per share of Rs 109.90.
