In the AGM, the company is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 13 percent bonus shares and 7.68 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the company will also approve proposals regarding an increase in authorized capital to Rs 600 million, an election of BOD and appointment of the auditor for the current FY.
The company is closing its book from December 24-January 13 for the AGM for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by December 23 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the dividend announced by the company.
Presently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 306 million which will reach Rs 345.7 million after the bonus distribution.
During the first quarter of the current FY, the company earned a net profit of Rs 4.1 million.
