Sindhu Bikas Starts Auctioning Promoter Shares

Sidhu Bikas Bank (SINDU) has started issuing 538,302 units of promoter shares from January 16 to 24.

 

The bank is auctioning the shares that went unsold during its issuance on September 3 to October 22. The bank has appointed NIBL Capital as its issue manager. The interested promoter shareholders can apply for the shares from NIBL Capital Markets at Laximpat, Lagankhel and Chipledhunga of Pokhara.

Similarly, the shareholders can apply from Biratnagar, Birgunj, Surkhet, Nepalgunj, Butwal, Narayangadh and Dhangadhi branch of Nepal Investment Bank.

Presently, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 262.1 million and has earned a net profit of Rs 109.5 million in the first quarter of the current FY. After the capitalization of the right issue, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 471.9 million.
