Prudential Insurance to auction 12,500 units unsold right shares

Prudential Insurance Company (PICL) is set to auction 12,503 units of right shares that were unsold during its issuance from March 12.

The company issued 1.28 million units of right shares in the ratio of 10:3 from January 14 to February 4.

Prudential has appointed NIC Asia Capital as its issue manager. The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units of shares at a minimum price of Rs 100 from March 12-18.

Currently, the market price of the share in the secondary market is at Rs 670.
