Premier Insurance is conducting its AGM on April 26. The company is closing its book on March 22 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by today, March 21 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced AGM.
The bonus share is receivable by the recently issued FPO holders as well.
The paid-up capital that totaled Rs 514.4 million after the FPO issuance will reach Rs 584 million after the bonus share distribution.
