Samata Microfinance (SAMATA) is set to issue 50 percent right issue of its paid-up capital. The company will issue 179,600 units of right shares at a ratio of 2:1 to its existing shareholders.
Samata Microfinance has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager. The company sought SEBON approval for the right issue on March 27.
The company has a paid-up capital of Rs 38.9 million that will reach Rs 56.8 million after the right issue.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
