The company will distribute 22 percent bonus share worth Rs 162.8 million and 1.15 percent cash dividend worth Rs 8.5 million.
The company closed its book from April 5, thus, the shareholder registered in its book till April 4 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the bonus.
The company with Rs 740.3 million paid-up capital earned a net profit of Rs 182.1 million in the second quarter of the current FY and has maintained EPS of Rs 25.
