Earlier, the company issued 560,000 units of IPO to the locals of affected area of Panchthar and Taplegunj.
The company has appointed Ace Capital as its issue manager.
Presently, the company has an issued capital of Rs 560 million with 75 percent ownership of promoter shareholders.
