The promoters of Prabhu Life with an issued capital of Rs 2 billion have invested Rs 1.40 billion in the company. Prabhu Group, Prabhu Bank, Shangrila Bikas Bank and other well-known business group have invested in the company.
Upon the IPO issuance, the company will meet the minimum paid-up capital of Rs 2 billion as per IB directive.
