Soaltee Hotel's Net Profit Decreases

Soaltee Hotel (SHL) has earned a net profit of Rs 151.7 million in the third quarter of the current FY. The profit has decreased by Rs 19.9 million compared to Rs 171.6 million of the corresponding period of the last FY.

According to the hotel, closure of rooms in Himalayan Wing Building for upgrading and interior designing has attributed in the decreased net profit.

The hotel earned Rs 1.12 billion income through its services which is decreased by Rs 60 million. In the last FY, the hotel earned Rs 1.18 billion from such services.

Soaltee Hotel has a paid-up capital of Rs 666 million and reserve fund of Rs 859 million. the company has EPS of Rs 2.28 and net worth per share of Rs 22.90. The face value of its shares is Rs 10.
