The interested bidders can apply for minimum of 100 units of shares at a minimum price of Rs 100. The bidders can bid the shares from Global IME Capital, Issue manager of the company at Rastriya Naach Ghar, Jamal, Kathmandu and Birgunj, Biratnagar, Pokhara-Sabhagriha Chowk, Butwal-Milanchowk, Nepalgunj-Tribhuwan Chowk, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch of Global IME Bank.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of rs 132.2 million that will reach Rs 297.5 million after the adjustment of the right shares.
