United Insurance Calls Out AGM on June 10

United Insurance has called out its 24^th AGM on June 10. The 310the board of directors meeting of the company has decided to call out its AGM in Karki Banquet, Babarmahal,Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.

United Insurance is closing its book from May 27 to June 10 for the AGM purpose, thus, the shareholder registered in its May 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM.

The AGM is supposed to approve financial reports including balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow of the company.
