The board of directors meeting of the company held on May 21 purposes of distributing 22.06 percent stock and 1.16 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute bonus share worth Rs 199.2 million and cash dividend worth Rs 10.4 million.
The announced dividend is subjected to approval from the office of Auditor General and its upcoming AGM.
