Following the approval, Swarojgar will issue 1,224,977.60 units of right shares through its issue manager NMB Capital. Presently, Swarojgar has a paid-up capital of Rs 122.4 million which will reach Rs 244.9 million after the right issue.
Similarly, Samata Microfinance will issue 189,600 units of right shares through its issue manager NIBL Ace Captial. The paid-up capital will reach Rs 56.8 million from Rs 37.9 million after the right issue.
