For the AGM, the company is closing its book on June 19, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by June 18 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent bonus share to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will also endorse a proposal of amending its article of association in order to increase its issue capital to Rs 1.20 billion from Rs 410 million and delegate authority to BOD for any changes to be made as per the requirement of regulatory bodies.
