Manjushree Finance to close book on June 18; To hold AGM on July 4

Manjushree Finance is set to close its book on June 18 for its upcoming 10th AGM. Thus, the shareholders registered in its book by June 17 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the proposed dividend.

The 154th board of directors meeting of the company held on June 8 decided to hold the AGM on July 4 in Thapagaun Banquet, Thapagaun, Newbaneshwor, Kathmandu.

In the AGM the company is proposing of distributing 5.71 percent bonus share and 0.32 percent cash dividend of the paid-up capital of Rs 760.5 million. Moreover, the AGM is subjected to endorse a proposal of increasing its issued capital and paid-up capital by amending its article of association.

The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.

The company earned a net profit of Rs 54.6 million in the third quarter of the current FY. During the period, it maintained EPS of Rs 10.06, net worth per share of Rs 121.45 and P/E ratio of 12.82 times.
