The bank is closing its book from June 18-July 1 for the AGM purpose, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 17 will be eligible to obtain the dividend and attend the AGM.
The company has called out its 13th AGM on July 1. The 206th board of directors' meeting held on June 08 decided to call out the AGM in Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The AGM is subjected to endorse a proposal of distributing 11.80 percent dividend including 2.50 percent bonus share and 9.30 percent cash dividend of the paid-up capital of Rs 2.44 billion maintained after the 80 percent right issue. Moreover, the bank is supposed to endorse a proposal of increasing its authorized, issued and paid-up capital in its article of associations along with other various proposals.
After the bonus share distribution, the bank will meet the minimum paid-up capital to be maintained by the national level development bank as per NRB directive.
