The AGM is supposed to approve the financial reports of the last FY. Apart from that, the company will appoint an auditor and elect four directors including 3 from promoter group and one from general group.
The company is closing its book from June 27 to July 13 for the AGM purpose, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by June 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
