The 248th board of directors meeting of the bank held on June 4 decided to propose bonus share worth Rs 744 million. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM on the bank.
Presently, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 7.25 billion that will reach Rs 8.33 billion after the bonus share distribution.
