The company that is developing 3MW hydropower project in Puwa Khola of Illam is issuing IPO worth Rs 37.1 million to the locals of affected area.
The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as its issue manager.
The interested investors can apply for the IPO from Illam branch of Siddhartha Bank, Excel Development Bank and Kankai Bikas Bank. The investors can apply for a minimum of 50 to maximum of 1800 units.
ICRA Nepal has granted grading of 'ICRA NP IPO Grade 5' indicating below average fundamentals.
