Samata Microfinance closed its book on June 26 for the upcoming 50 percent right issue, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 25 are eligible to apply for the right shares.
The company is issuing 189,600 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 to its existing shareholders. The 4th AGM of the company held on December 2 endorsed the right issue.
The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.
