The bank closed its book on June 7, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 6 are eligible to obtain the bonus share and attend the AGM.
The AGM is subjected to endorse a proposal of distributing 17.41 percent stock and 0.92 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
Moreover, the meeting will appoint an Auditor for the current FY and elect three directors from promoter shareholders and three directors from general shareholders.
