Surya Life to auction unclaimed right shares from August 1

Surya Life Insurance (SLICL) is set to auction 74,384 units of unclaimed right shares from August 1. The company is auctioning 3289 units of promoter right shares and 71,095 units of general right shares that went unsold during its issuance from May 14-June 17.

The company has tagged Rs 100 as a minimum quote price. As per NIC Asia Capital, issue manager of the company, the auction will close on August 8.
