The 94th board of directors meeting of the company held on 9th August decided to distribute 36 percent bonus share and 1.89474% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Insurance Board and upcoming 16th AGM of the company.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.33 billion which will reach Rs 1.81 billion after the bonus share distribution.
