Pokhara Finance (PFL) has announced a dividend for the last FY. The 454th board of directors meeting of the company held on August 13 proposed of distributing 5 percent stock and 8.68 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Pokhara Finance will distribute stock dividend worth Rs 40.8 million and cash dividend worth Rs 70.9 million. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
