Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 96 million. With the proposed 15 percent stock dividend, the company will distribute bonus share worth Rs 14,407,500 to its shareholders. Moreover, the company will also distribute Rs 758,289 in cash dividend for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from the upcoming AGM of the company.
After the dividend distribution, the company will have paid-up capital of Rs 110.4 million. In the last FY, the company earned net profit of Rs 15.8 million and has EPS of Rs 16.53.
