National Life Increases Net Insurance Premium by Rs 2.60 billion

National Life Insurance (NLICL) has increased its net premium earning by Rs 2.60 billion to Rs 6.13 billion in the last FY compared to Rs 4.73 billion in the previous FY.

During the period, the company paid Rs 1.74 billion in claim and Rs 605.1 million in insurance agents' commission. Moreover, its net profit also rose by 29.67 percent to Rs 298.3 million in the last FY.

Similarly, it earned Rs 35.3 million from reinsurance commission, Rs 1.60 billion from loan and other incomes and Rs 1.04 billion from loan on insurance policies.

National Life has EPS of Rs 18.02, net worth per share of Rs 130.55 and P/E ratio of 44.35 times.
