The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and upcoming AGM of the company.
In the last FY, the company earned net profit of Rs 36.5 million and has EPS of Rs 29.86. Presently, it has a paid-up capital of Rs 122.4 million that will reach Rs 146.9 after the bonus share distribution.
