The board of directors meeting held on August 16 proposed of distributing cash dividend worth Rs 70.5 million. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and upcoming AGM of the company.
In the last FY, the company earned a net profit of Rs 98.4 million and has maintained EPS of Rs 11. The company has paid-up capital of Rs 882.1 million.
