The company closed its book on June 13 for the right issue, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 12 are eligible to apply for the right shares.
The company is issuing 1,186,022.47 units of right shares to its existing shareholder at a ratio of 1:0.25.
The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as its issue manager. The interested existing shareholders can apply for the right shares from Prabhu Capital, Kamaladi-Kathmandu, all branches of Synergy Finance and all ASBA approved BFIs.
