The company closed its book on July 12 for the right issue, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 11 are eligible to apply for the right shares.
The company has appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager. The interested existing shareholders can apply for the right shares from NMB Capital at Nagpokhari-Kathmandu, various branches of NMB Bank, Swarojar Laghubitta at Banepa-Kavrepalanchowk, various branches of Goodwill Finance, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank at Gyaneshwor, Central Finance at Kupondole- Lalitpur and Chabahil-Kathamndu and all ASBA approved BFIs.
ICRA Nepal has assigned grade 4+ to the right issue indicating below average fundamentals.
The right issue was endorsed by 9th AGM of the company held on October 28, 2017.
Presently, Swarojgar has a paid-up capital of Rs 122.4 million which will reach Rs 244.9 million after the right issue.
