Grameen Bikas laghubitta is conduging the SGM in the premises of Asian Hotel, Kalikanagar, Rupandehi at 11:30 AM on September 21.
The SGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of issuing 50 percent right shares to its existing shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will also approve a proposal of providing a share for fractional promoter and general shares.
Similarly, the SGM is subjected to increase its issued capital and to delegate authority to board of directors to amend MoU and other policies of the company.
In the last FY, Grameen Bikas Laghubitta recorded net profit of Rs 168.4 million and has maintained EPS of Rs 258.71.
