For the matter, the company is closing its book on September 12-25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by September 11 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced cash dividend.
In the last FY, the company earned a net profit of Rs 98.4 million and has maintained EPS of Rs 11. The company has paid-up capital of Rs 882.1 million.
