Janaki Finance (JFL) has proposed 23.16 percent dividend to its shareholders. The 261st board of directors meeting of the company held on September 6 decided to propose 22 percent stock and 1.16 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 403.3 million that will reach Rs 492.1 million after the bonus share distribution.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
