Bottlers Nepal (Balaju)(BNL) has called out its 40th AGM on October 1. The board of directors' meeting of the company held on August 21 decided to call out the AGM in Hotel Radisson, Lazimpat at 4:00 PM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent cash dividend. Moreover, the meeting will approve the audited financial reports of the last FY, appoint an auditor for the current FY, and others.
In this regard, the company is closing its book from September 17-October 1, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
Bottlers Nepal (Terai)
Similarly, Bottlers Nepal (Terai) (BNT)has called out its 32nd AGM on October 2. The board of directors meeting of the company held on August 21 decided to call the AGM in Hotel Radisson, Lazimpat at 10:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 40 percent cash dividend. Also, the meeting is supposed to endorse a term- loan proposal worth Rs 2.85 billion from Standard Chartered Bank to expand its PET Line. Moreover, the meeting will approve various financial reports of the last FY and appoint auditor for the current FY.
In this regard, the company is closing its book from September 18- October 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 17 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
