The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 11 decided to distribute 6 percent bonus share and 0.3157 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.
The company has called out its AGM on October 6 in which it will endorse a proposal of dividend. The company will distribute the dividend after endorsement from the AGM.
