Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance (GMFIL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 195th board of directors meeting of the bank held on September 17 decided to propose 5.2332 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute cash dividend worth Rs 42.1 million to the shareholders. In the previous FY, the company distributed 17.79 percent stock dividend.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM.
