The company is conducting its 10th AGM on October 6 in CW Restaurant, Kamaladi at 11:30 AM.
The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 20% bonus shares worth Rs 24.4 million and 1.0526 percent cash dividend worth Rs for tax purpose.
Moreover, the company will endorse a proposal of increasing its issued capital, appoint three board members from promoters, amend its memorandum and article of association and delegate authority to BOD for any changes in its policies as per regulatory bodies.
