The company has called out AGMs of five fiscal years on October 5 in Amritbhog Party Palace, Kalikasthan at 11:00 AM. The company called out the AGM of FY 2063/64, 2064/65, 2065/66, 2066/67 and 2067/68.
The meeting is supposed to endorse all sort of regular proposals. However, the company has not mentioned of endorsing previously announced 120 percent bonus share proposal.
As per the information obtained by Merolagani, the earlier announced 120 percent bonus share proposal has been postponed till another AGM after scrapped by Insurance Board citing faulty financial reports.
