The company is conducting its 17th AGM on October 6. The board of directors' meeting of the company held on September 11 decided to call out the AGM in Indreni Banquet, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 6 percent bonus share and 0.3157 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve 100 percent right issue of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
Similarly, the meeting will approve financial reports of the last FY, appoint auditor for the current FY and approve loan for 8.5 MW Butwal Solar Project.
