The company is closed its book on September 12-25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by September 11 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced cash dividend.
The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve the financial reports of the last FY and appoint auditor for the current FY.
In the last FY, the company earned a net profit of Rs 98.4 million and has maintained EPS of Rs 11. The company has paid-up capital of Rs 882.1 million.
