As per the company, it will issue the FPO of the paid-up capital maintained after distribution of 15 percent stock dividend of the last FY so that to maintain its promoter and general shareholder ratio of 55:45.
The company is conducting its 21st AGM on October 29 in Nepal Prasasanik Pratisthan, Jawalakhel.
The company is closing its book on October 5, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 4 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Presently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 934.2 million that will reach Rs 1.07 billion after the bonus share distribution.
